Bugatti Veyron Super Sport – The Fastest Street Legal Production Car

Bugatti Veyron Super Sport
Bugatti Veyron Super Sport is a 2-door coupé powered by a 8.0 L W16 quad-turbocharged engine, equal to two V8 engines put together, delivering incredible 1200 PS and a World Record top speed of amazing 267.856 mph. The car is equipped with 7-speed DSG automatic transmission. Acceleration time from 0–62 mph is 2.46 seconds; from 0–149 mph it is 9.8 seconds. The braking distance from 62-0 mph is 103 ft.

The top speed of the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport version is limited to 258 mph in order to protect the tyres. The production of the Super Sport edition is limited to 30 units. On the other hand we have the Super Sport World Record edition with no speed limitations, capable to deliver the full top speed of 267.856 mph. The production of the Super Sport World Record edition is limited to 5 units.

The acceleration is incredible, every time you are speeding up you just want to have more of it. That’s one of the reasons you may get little frustrated, because every time you want to step on it, you have only two to five seconds, depending on how naughty you want to be. Two seconds will speed you in to kind of a jail territory, and five seconds will make you one of the fastest moving objects in the continent you are in. That is a big responsibility to have on board!
