Dodge Challenger SRT8 vs 1970 Dodge Challenger T/A
|
Today we have a drag race between a Dodge Challenger SRT8 and 1970 Dodge Challenger T/A. The SRT 8 is powered by a 6.1-liter engine delivering 425 hp, tied to a 6-speed manual transmission. The 1970 Challenger T/A is powered by a 340 V8 engine with the 6-pack three-carburetor fuel system, tied to a 4-speed manual transmission. The interesting thing is that the Challenger T/A is driven by a female. We are going to see six drag races with the same two cars, so let’s watch the video below to find out who is a better driver and who has a better car.

The person driving the newer car obvious lacks skills. 86 mph?? What a joke!
Looks like The first one driving the New Challenger needs Lessons.. But It Looks Like Both don’t know how to drive an shift…lol try NEW Drivers…Then Try again…
I was surprised, thought srt all the way. Even when the 340 missed shifts, he still won
They should try this with computered drivers and the cars on “rail” steering, outcome would be interesting when its all up to the muscle and grip.
